Where Jackery Still Falls Short

Proprietary connectors. Jackery solar panels use a proprietary DC5525 input connector. You cannot plug in third-party MC4 panels without an adapter. EcoFlow and Bluetti support standard MC4 directly on most models.

App is basic. The Jackery App shows input and output wattage and estimated runtime. EcoFlow and Bluetti apps show per-device monitoring, usage history graphs, and smarter scheduling. For most users the Jackery app is fine. For power nerds, it is behind competitors.

No UPS mode on standard models. The 1000 Plus and 2000 Plus do not have an automatic switchover (UPS) mode for keeping devices running during a power outage without a break in power. EcoFlow DELTA Pro and Bluetti AC200L have this feature. If you need true UPS behavior for a router or computer, Jackery is not the right pick.
